Overall Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality scalable workflows and templates to break large business problems into micro-tasks with a major focus on calling related tasks.

  • Manage and support operations team to ensure seamless completion and verification of missions by players. Create processes to help scale operations.This includes day to day management of the system and relevant metrics tracking.

  • Support and lead outreach efforts for user acquisition.Create and manage outreach channels (physical & guerilla marketing, social media, mailing lists, etc). Day-to-day management of marketing campaigns.

  • End to end Metrics tracking for Player side and as well all metrics of the system

  • Manage customer support (player side) and design a customer service policy for the organization. Redress Player grievances efficiently in a timely manner and develop best practices around the same. Train and manage customer support staff.

  • Coordinate with sales team to provide support to businesses and interface with clients. Also assist the team in Business development, lead generation, and other activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)

  • Location: Candidate must be based in New Delhi (not a telecommute position)

  • Traits: Extremely motivated, social, energetic, English humble, patient, and hard-working having great attention to detail; Good written & English. Must be proficient in Excel. Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Extra points for past startup experience!
