Squad, is an enterprise SaaS startup that leverages the best of machines and humans to automate digital operations/ business processes for enterprises. We have offices in Noida and San Francisco.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong research and communication skills to join our team. You will be part of the core team and will be responsible for driving the engine that drives client acquisition efforts in India and the US market.

This is a process driven role and requires a candidate who is extremely detail oriented, motivated, disciplined, and passionate about sales and efficiency. It is a challenging role as it requires a diverse set of skills - from prospecting to marketing, analytics, and research. This position presents itself with a high growth opportunity to be part of the fast growing startup!

This will help you understand the various pain points faced by different stakeholders in multiple industries and how you can address them.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Effectively search and identify prospective clients and generate sales leads using market research, competitive analysis, industry reports, prospecting tools, etc.
  • Work with Demand Generation team to drive more qualified leads to the sales team through various channels - cold-emails, introductions, cold-calls, marketing push, events, etc.
  • Research on relevant topics and create collateral (case studies, blogs, decks etc) aimed at increasing sales conversion.

Requirements:

  • Education: Freshers or Final Year Students (drop-outs are cool as well!)
  • Location: Candidate must be based in New Delhi (not a telecommute position)
  • Joining Date: ASAP
  • Traits: Motivated, Social, Energetic, Humble, Patient, and Hard-working having great attention to detail; Good written & spoken English. Must be proficient in Excel. Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
  • Experience: Extra points for past startup experience in college!

Compensation:

INR 10k to 12k per month - Depending on interview performance
